Implementation: Workshops on stress reduction techniques, resilience strategies, and access to mental health resources.
Ergonomics and Workspace Setup
Description: Ensuring that work environments are ergonomically sound to prevent physical discomfort and injuries, evaluating nature-based design and break areas.
Implementation: Conducting ergonomics assessments, providing adjustable furniture, and educating employees on proper workspace setups, & mini lessons.
