  • Description: Sessions providing information on healthy eating habits, meal planning, and the importance of adequate hydration.

  • Implementation: Collaborate with dietitians or nutritionists to create plans based on employee interests/dietary needs.

Stress Management and Resilience Building

  • Description: Training that equips employees with tools to manage stress effectively and build resilience.

  • Implementation: Workshops on stress reduction techniques, resilience strategies, and access to mental health resources.

Ergonomics and Workspace Setup

  • Description: Ensuring that work environments are ergonomically sound to prevent physical discomfort and injuries, evaluating nature-based design and break areas. 

  • Implementation: Conducting ergonomics assessments, providing adjustable furniture, and educating employees on proper workspace setups,  & mini lessons.
