The Founder's Journey

A Whole-System Foundation
My career began in healthcare as a Chiropractic Physician, where I learned that meaningful change requires looking beyond symptoms to understand the full system. That whole-person, whole-system perspective still shapes how I approach organizational health, leadership, and transformation today.
Leading Through Complexity
Over the last 15+ years, I’ve worked in classrooms, school systems, and national education initiatives, helping leaders and teams navigate complex change. From science and STEM education to curriculum design and professional learning, I’ve supported people in high-pressure environments where trust, adaptability, and communication are essential.
Designing for Human-Centered Change
As a Senior Program Director, I led equity-focused initiatives, professional learning systems, and large-scale partnerships across districts and organizations. That work deepened my understanding of how to align people, strategy, and structures in ways that make change both meaningful and sustainable.

Today, I bring those experiences together through Paradox Strategies. I help organizations adopt new technologies, navigate transition, and strengthen workplace culture by centering psychological safety, wellbeing, and clear communication throughout the change process.
